平素はケーブルテレビ可児をご愛顧頂き、誠に有難う御座います。
この度、下記の日程で、弊社通信設備のメンテナンスを実施させていただきます。

| 停止するサービス | インターネットサービス 電話サービス ※CTK光サービス おくラクWi-Fiを除く。 上記の時間帯で数分程度のサービス停止が複数回、発生する可能性がございます。 |
※メンテナンス終了後、インターネットがご利用できない場合は、お手数をお掛けいたしますが、
下記の手順でモデム、ルーター及びパソコンの電源の入れ直しをお願いいたします。
1.パソコンの電源を切る。複数台ある場合は全て電源を切る。
2.ルーターをお使いの場合は、電源コードを抜き電源を切る。
3.モデムの電源コードを抜き、電源を切る。
4.全て電源を切った状態で、１分以上待つ。
5.モデムの電源コードを差し、電源を入れて5分以上待つ。
6.ルーターをお使いの場合は、電源コードを差し電源を入れて5分以上待つ。
7.パソコンの電源を入れ、インターネットがつながるかを確認する。
※上記手順で繋がらない場合は、上記３でLANケーブルを抜き、上記６でLANケーブルを差し込み、電源を入れる。
ご利用のお客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力を宜しくお願い申し上げます。

Thanks for always using Cable TV Kani. This time, we’ll be doing maintenance on our communication equipment on the following dates.

| Affected Services | Internet services, phone services *Excluding CTK Hikari Service and Oku-Raku Wi-Fi. There is a possibility that the services may be interrupted for a few minutes multiple times during the above time period. |
※If you cannot use the internet after maintenance is completed, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please follow the steps below to restart the modem, router, and computer:
- Turn off your computer. If you have multiple computers, turn them all off.
- If you are using a router, unplug the power cord and turn it off.
- Unplug the modem’s power cord and turn it off.
- With all devices turned off, wait for at least 1 minute.
- Plug in the modem’s power cord, turn it on, and wait for more than 5 minutes.
- If you are using a router, plug in its power cord, turn it on, and wait for more than 5 minutes.
- Turn on your computer and check if the internet is working.
※If it still doesn’t connect following the above steps, unplug the LAN cable at step 3, then plug it in at step 6 and turn on the power.
