平素はケーブルテレビ可児をご愛顧頂き、誠に有難う御座います。
この度、下記の日程で、弊社通信設備のメンテナンスを実施させていただきます。

| 対象地域 | 可児市 愛岐ケ丘・今・今渡（一部）・帷子新町・川合（一部）・光陽台・坂戸・塩・塩河・清水ケ丘・禅台寺（一部）・徳野南（一部）・土田（一部）・長坂・長洞・虹ケ丘・鳩吹台・美里ケ丘・緑・室原・矢戸・谷迫間・若葉台地区 |
| 停止するサービス | インターネットサービス 上記の時間帯で最大10分程度のサービス停止が複数回発生いたします。 |
※メンテナンス終了後、インターネットがご利用できない場合は、お手数をお掛けいたしますが、
下記の手順でONU、ルーター及びパソコンの電源の入れ直しをお願いいたします。
1.パソコンの電源を切る。複数台ある場合は全て電源を切る。
2.ルーターをお使いの場合は、電源コードを抜き電源を切る。
3.ONUの電源コードを抜き、電源を切る。
4.全て電源を切った状態で、１分以上待つ。
5.ONUの電源コードを差し、電源を入れて5分以上待つ。
6.ルーターをお使いの場合は、電源コードを差し電源を入れて5分以上待つ。
7.パソコンの電源を入れ、インターネットがつながるかを確認する。
※上記手順で繋がらない場合は、上記３でLANケーブルを抜き、上記６でLANケーブルを差し込み、電源を入れる。
ご利用のお客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力を宜しくお願い申し上げます。

Thanks for always using Cable TV Kani. This time, we’ll be doing maintenance on our communication equipment on the following dates.

| Affected Areas | In Kani City, the areas include Aigigaoka, Ima, Imawatari (part), Katabirō‐shinmachi, Kawai (part), Kōyōdai, Sakado, Shio, Shiogawa, Shimizu‐ga‐oka, Zendai‐ji (part), Tokuno Minami (part), Tsuchida (part), Nagasaka, Nagahora, Nijigaoka, Hatobudai, Misatogaoka, Midori, Murohara, Yado, Yabisakama and the Wakabadai district. |
| Affected Services | Please be advised that during the above-mentioned time period, multiple service interruptions of up to approximately 10 minutes may occur for internet services |
*If you cannot use the internet after maintenance, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please restart the power of your ONU, router, and computer using the steps below.
1.Turn off your computer. If you have multiple computers, turn off all of them.
2.If you are using a router, unplug the power cord to turn it off.
3.Unplug the power cord of the ONU to turn it off.
4.Wait at least one minute with all the devices powered off.
5.Plug in the ONU power cord, turn it on, and wait at least 5 minutes.
6.If you are using a router, plug in the power cord, turn it on, and wait at least 5 minutes.
7.Turn on your computer and check if you can connect to the internet.
*If you still cannot connect following the above steps, unplug the LAN cable at step 3, plug it back in at step 6, and turn the power on.
