この度、下記の日程で、弊社通信設備のメンテナンスを実施させていただきます。
| 作業日時 | 2026年6月9日(火) 午前1:00～午前6:00 |
| 対象地域 | 可児市 今渡、下恵土、徳野南、土田、鳩吹台の一部地区 |
| 停止するサービス | インターネット・電話サービス・CTKおくラクWi-Fi 上記の時間帯で最大10分程度のサービス停止が複数回発生いたします。 |
※メンテナンス終了後、インターネットがご利用できない場合は、お手数をお掛けいたしますが、
下記の手順でONU、ルーター及びパソコンの電源の入れ直しをお願いいたします。
1.パソコンの電源を切る。複数台ある場合は全て電源を切る。
2.ルーターをお使いの場合は、電源コードを抜き電源を切る。
3.ONUの電源コードを抜き、電源を切る。
4.全て電源を切った状態で、１分以上待つ。
5.ONUの電源コードを差し、電源を入れて5分以上待つ。
6.ルーターをお使いの場合は、電源コードを差し電源を入れて5分以上待つ。
7.パソコンの電源を入れ、インターネットがつながるかを確認する。
※上記手順で繋がらない場合は、上記３でLANケーブルを抜き、上記６でLANケーブルを差し込み、電源を入れる。

Thank you for your continued support of Cable TV Kani. We would like to inform you that we will be conducting maintenance work on our communication facility on the following dates:

| Affected Areas | Kani City: parts of Imamihashi, Shimoedo, Tokuno Minami, Dota, and Hatobukidai districts |
| Affected Services | Internet, telephone service, CTK Oku-Raku Wi-Fi During the above time period, service interruptions of up to about 10 minutes may occur multiple times. |
After the maintenance work is completed, if you are unable to use the services, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly request you to perform the following steps:
- Turn off the power of your computer, and unplug them.
- If you have a router, unplug the power cord and turn it off.
- Unplug the power cord of the ONU and turn it off.
- Keep all devices unplugged for at least 1 minute.
- Plug in the power cord of the ONU and turn it on, and wait for at least 5 minutes.
- If you have a router, plug in the power cord and turn it on, and wait for at least 5 minutes.
- Turn on your computer and check if the internet is working.
